Return Policy
Here is the main thing. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we want to deliver the best customer service that we can. If the item is the wrong size or not what you needed let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Contact us with any questions or concerns.revo@nwi.net
We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake and send you an item you did not order. In this case, return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping AND return shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit.
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 7 days of receiving your purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Please note that items to be returned need to remain in new as delivered condition. That means that tags need to remain on items and they can not be used. Contact us if that needs more clarification.
If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.
